Eye Eagle Mouse
The most common pointing device on a laptop is the eye eagle mouse. This device has an antenna that is positioned at the end of its body, which can be used to read information about electromagnetic radiation in the space around it. The antenna sends out electromagnetic waves in every direction, and when they bounce off objects they are reflected back to the antenna.
Foot Mouse
The foot mouse is a pointing device that allows the user to control their cursor by controlling the movement of their feet. This device contains two pedals, one for left and one for right, which can be maneuvered by the user’s toes. The person using a foot mouse places their feet on the pads and uses motions from those toes to manipulate it. It is an alternative to a traditional trackpad or touchpad that is usually found on laptops.

Typically, a mouse will have around six to eight connectivity ports. These ports allow the mouse to be plugged into a computer and the device will send the control signals from the mouse as input for the computer, as well as allowing other devices to connect.
